Policies

Check IN/OUT:

  • Check in STARTS at 3 PM.
  • Late arrivals after 6 PM should make arrangements with the office by 5:30 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check out time is 11 AM.


EARLY DEPARTURE:

  • With less than a 72-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you.
  • We appreciate that nobody likes to pay for a room they haven’t used or will not be using however……. Remember that a reservation is a 2-sided deal.  WE AGREED TO HOLD THE ROOM FOR YOU AND YOU AGREED TO PAY FOR IT!


POOL RULES:

  • The pool is for REGISTERED motel guest only. NO OUTSIDE VISITORS!
  • The pool hours are 10am to 9pm.
  • Food or glass containers are NOT permitted in the pool area.
  • Pets are NOT permitted in the pool area.
  • ONLY pool towels provided by the office, or personally brought towels are permitted to be used in the pool area.


EMERGENCY PHONE:

  • Located to the left of the office door is a green box with a clear plastic cover. The note on the cover says, “Emergency Phone”. Should you need MOTEL assistants in the middle of the night, pick this phone up and it will directly call the onsite personal to help handle your situation. IF THIS IS A MEDICAL OR POLICE NEEDED EMERGENCY, PLEASE USE YOUR CELL PHONE TO DIAL 911. (Cell phones will call emergency dispatch centers regardless if the cell phone is activated or has service or not. If the cell phone turns on, it will call).


QUIET TIME:

  • The Beach Front Motel quiet time is from 10pm until 10am.


PET'S:

The Beach Front Motel happily welcomes all

of your family members, even the furry and four-

legged kind.


We want to safely & easily accommodate your

pets and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We have set up guidelines in order to ensure a

safe, wonderful time can be had by each of our

guests.


*Adult cat's and dog's only. Maximum 2 pets per-room.

* A fee of $15.00 per-pet per-night will be collected at time of check-in.

*A credit card is required upon check in and will

be used to pay for any damages pets may have

caused. A staff member will inspect your room for

damages at check-out.


PLEASE……….

*NO PETS ON THE BEDS.

*Pets must be on a leash at all times when

outside of the room.

*Owner is responsible for cleaning up after their

pets and disposing of waste in proper containers.

*Please report any accidents that occur in your

room immediately so a staff member can clean it

right away .

*ALL ANIMALS MUST BE CRATED IF YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES, OR THEY MUST GO WITH YOU.

*If pets are noisy and disturbing other guests,

you may be asked to leave.
